What is the 14-day return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for defective goods only. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We'll arrange a free collection and process your refund or replacement.
When will my order arrive?
We deliver across Singapore in 3–5 working days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships. All deliveries are free.
Can I return if I've used it?
No, we can only accept returns for items that are unused and in their original packaging due to hygiene reasons. However, our warranty covers any manufacturing defects.
Do you ship outside Singapore?
Yes, we can ship outside Singapore, but the customer will need to bear the cost of international shipping. Please email us at info@snuuddle.com with your address and requested products for a shipping quote.
Is the cover washable?
Yes. The bamboo cover zips off and is machine-washable on a cool gentle cycle. We recommend washing every 2–4 weeks.
