Your privacy matters to us. At Snuuddle, we are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe - in compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and international standards.

Personal Information - name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, payment details and transaction history.

Cookies & Tracking - we use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and analyse traffic and site performance. See section 08 for a plain-language explanation of the tools we use.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time, though some website features may not function properly without them.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

Send marketing updates - only if you have opted in

Your information may be stored or processed by third-party providers - such as payment gateways or analytics tools - located outside Singapore. Where this occurs, we ensure these providers uphold equivalent data protection standards to those required under the PDPA.

Third-Party Services

We work with trusted partners to process payments, ship orders, and manage analytics. These partners receive only the minimum information necessary to perform their duties and are contractually required to handle your data responsibly.

How We Improve the Website

We want Snuuddle to be easy and pleasant to use. To do that, we look at how visitors use the website as a whole, so we can spot what is confusing and fix it. A few well-known tools help us with this:

Google Analytics - shows us, in aggregate, which pages are popular and how people find us.
Microsoft Clarity - shows us, through recordings that don't show who you are, and heatmaps, where visitors tap, scroll or get stuck. We mask what you type into forms, so names, addresses and other details you enter are not shown to us. Your card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page, which these tools cannot see. Recordings are deleted automatically after about 30 days.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel - helps us see whether our ads are useful, and show them to people who may be interested.
A short optional question - from time to time we may ask one quick question on our pillow page, such as what would help you decide. Answering is optional. We save only your answer, together with basic details like your device type. We never save your name, email address or IP address with it.

We do not connect what Google Analytics and Clarity show us to your name, email address or IP address, and we do not try to work out who individual visitors are. The one exception is advertising: if you click one of our ads or place an order, Meta may receive limited information about that visit to help us measure how the ad performed, under Meta's own privacy policy. We use these tools to improve the website, and we never sell your data. Some of these providers are based outside Singapore (see Cross-Border Data Transfers). Marketing & Opt-Out

You will receive promotional updates from Snuuddle only if you have explicitly opted in. You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly at info@snuuddle.com.

Access, Correction & Withdrawal

You have the right to:

Access or correct your personal data held by us
Withdraw consent to the use of your data at any time
