Shipping Policy

At Snuuddle, we want every order to arrive safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. This policy outlines how we handle local and international deliveries.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and another email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Local (Singapore) Delivery

    • Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch.
    • Deliveries are made between 9AM – 10PM by our courier partners.
    • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may contact you to arrange redelivery or safe drop-off.

3. International Shipping

We currently deliver to selected destinations in Asia and beyond. Shipping fees and estimated timelines will be shown at checkout. Delivery time typically ranges between 7–21 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note:

    • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local authorities.
    • Snuuddle is not liable for delays caused by customs processing or international courier networks.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order weight. From time to time, we may offer free local shipping promotions — details will be displayed on our website banner or checkout page.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link to follow its journey.

If you do not receive your tracking email within 5 working days, please reach out to us at info@snuuddle.com.

6. Delivery Issues or Lost Parcels

In rare cases of delay or lost parcels, please notify us as soon as possible at info@snuuddle.com. We will work directly with our logistics partners to investigate and provide an update.

Snuuddle will not be held responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received due to incorrect address entry or theft after delivery

7. Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed deliveries, redelivery fees may apply. Refunds (if approved) will exclude shipping and handling costs

8. Packaging

All Snuuddle products are shipped in eco-friendly, protective packaging designed to keep your items clean and safe during transit.
