At Snuuddle, every product is created with care — from our pillows to our scented candles and other lifestyle items. We take pride in delivering quality and comfort with every order.

This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled to ensure clarity and peace of mind for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

To qualify:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unburned (for candles), and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@snuuddle.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity, certain items cannot be returned or refunded unless
defective:

  • Opened or used pillows
  • Burned or partially used scented candles
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
  • Sale or clearance items (unless they arrive defective)

3. Return Process

If your return or exchange is approved:

  • Our support team will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
  • You may be asked to return the item for inspection.
  • Once the returned product is received and verified, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Limited to the product cost; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

If you opted for an exchange, your replacement will be sent after the returned item is inspected and approved.

If your refund is delayed, please check your bank or card provider — processing times may vary. If still unresolved after 10 business days, contact us directly.

5. Store Credit Option

In certain cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

Store credits are valid for 6 months and can be used on any future purchase at www.snuuddle.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We take full responsibility for products that arrive damaged or defective.

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund — at no additional cost.

7. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide a prepaid shipping label and ensure the correct item is sent as soon as possible.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or dispatch, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
