4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Singapore and to selected international destinations. Processing time is typically 2–3 working days, followed by delivery within 3–7 working days for local orders.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, most items (such as pillows and scented candles) are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable/ non-refundable once unsealed or used.

Refunds or exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

6. Warranty

All Snuuddle products come with a 14-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:
