Each product is carefully designed and quality-checked before it reaches you. This policy explains our 14-day limited warranty and care recommendations so you can enjoy every Snuuddle product with confidence.

1. Warranty Coverage

All Snuuddle products are covered by a 14-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper care.

Covered examples include:

  • Manufacturing faults in pillow structure, zippers, or stitching
  • Damaged or leaking candle jars prior to first use
  • Faulty wicks or issues affecting candle burn performance
  • Defects in packaging or components that affect normal usage

2. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear, changes in scent strength, or fabric softening over time
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Burns, spills, stains, or melting due to improper handling
  • Products purchased from unauthorised resellers or second-hand sources
  • Personal preferences (e.g., scent, texture, firmness, colour variation)

3. Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective:

  • Email us at info@snuuddle.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and a brief explanation.
  • Our team will review your claim within 3–5 working days and provide instructions.

Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement, repair, or store credit, depending on product type and availability. Snuuddle may request the item be returned for inspection before approval.

4. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or receipt) is required for all warranty requests.

Items purchased outside www.snuuddle.com or through unauthorised sellers are not covered.

5. Product Care

Each product will include its own care guide in the packaging or on the product page. Always follow these instructions to maintain optimal quality and safety.

6. Maintenance & Safety Tips

  • Store products in a cool, dry place.
  • Keep fabric and candle items away from humidity and direct sunlight.
  • Use protective covers for fabrics; keep candles upright when not in use.

7. Disclaimer

The 14-day warranty applies only to purchases made through Snuuddle’s official website or authorised retailers.

Snuuddle reserves the right to update this policy or adjust coverage at any time without prior notice.
